North Carolina State University’s College of Textiles serves as a hub for textile research and development and as a primary supplier to the industry talent pipeline nationwide. It is a leading college of textile education and innovation and with industrial collaboration; it aims to be the global leader in textile public private partnerships.
The partnership will benefit the textile industry in a couple of ways which includes providing opportunities to the Techtextil North America attendees of the expertize college faculty and staff, provide direct access to the exhibiting and visiting companies of the latest research of the college, exposure for the college’s graduate and undergraduate research programs, facilitate future careers and strategic partnerships through collaboration with the College’s Career Fair and highlight the global innovation and industry development coming from all levels of the North American Textile Industry.
