Trützschler uses T-BLEND for mixing accuracy and reproducibility in the flake mixture. The self-monitoring system is convincing by flexible use in the mixing of natural and chemical fibers of different lengths, finenesses and colors.
New weighing technology for higher production
The new flake mixing system has about twice the performance of the scales compared to earlier Trützschler flock feeding systems. The filling process is automatically optimized and the weighing takes place more quickly, thanks to a vibration-free three-point suspension. Together, this results in more weighings per unit of time and more weight per discharge. Evaluated information is, of course, also made available to the higher-level data management system T-DATA.
The exact dosage – reproducible and permanently monitored
In order to guarantee the observance of the mixing ratio, only technologies are suitable in which the individual components are accurately weighed. Therefore, the new Trützschler T-BLEND mixing plants are also based on the weighing principle. T-BLEND precisely doses the individual components and mixes them into a homogeneous material in the second step. This guarantees exact adherence to the mixing ratio over long periods and/or within a batch. The result is always a perfect dosage of the mixing components. A creeping deviation as in the case of a volume measurement, which can not be prevented by fluctuations in the degree of opening or the ambient climate, is thus excluded.
The BLENDCONTROL control system monitors each individual discharge and corrects automatically and permanently any deviations.
