The CHT Group’s expansion of the BEZAKTIV ONE range with three new dyes represents a pivotal step in the world of resource-efficient dyeing of cellulosic fibers. Since its introduction to the market in May 2023, BEZAKTIV ONE has been a true cornerstone of sustainable textile production, owing to its impressive levels of quality and process optimization capacity.
Sustainability meets performance
The BEZAKTIV ONE dye palette meets the highest ecological standards and offers excellent fastness properties, including good multiple washing fastness per ISO 105-C09 – an essential standard for long-lasting colors in textiles. The entire product line is free of p-Chloroaniline (PCA; below detection limit) and enables considerable water and energy savings. The new products supplement the original palette of 17 dyes that already covered a broad color spectrum that lives up to the market’s growing demands in fastness to light, perspiration, and washing.
Three new dyes intelligently expand the range
CHT has expanded its range with the new products below to meet the growing requirements of the textile industry even better than before.
• BEZAKTIV Coral Red ONE: A bright bluish red that achieves maximum fastness to light even in light and medium red tones.
• BEZAKTIV Bordeaux ONE: A classic dark red that stands out with excellent wash-off capacity and peak fastness in cross staining. Ideal for dyeing yarn and for combinations with white or light color shades.
• BEZAKTIV Petrol Blue ONE: A deep blue that fills the color range from bright blue to navy. It stands out for its high stability against nitrogen oxides, which minimizes unwanted changes in color shade.
Versatile application alongside reduced resource consumption
The new dyes broaden the spectrum of potential shades and can be used universally in all common application processes. They greatly reduce water and energy consumption when dyeing at 60 °C and with lower washing off temperatures. Plus, excellent transferability and reproducibility of color shade is guaranteed, as before.
