Rieter showcases automation & digitisation at ITMA ASIA + CITME 2025

At the upcoming ITMA ASIA + CITME 2025 in Singapore, scheduled from October 28 to 31, textile machinery leader Rieter will present a wide portfolio of automation, digitalisation, and energy-efficient solutions aimed at shaping the spinning mill of the future. The showcase reflects the company’s vision 2027, which focuses on building a fully automated spinning mill through intelligent networking, process optimisation, and end-to-end automation.

Rieter will demonstrate advanced systems for bale and can transport, along with fully automated packaging that covers steaming, palletizing, and labeling. The company’s presentation highlights its commitment to helping spinning mills achieve higher productivity while reducing energy costs and material waste.

Among the key product launches is the OMEGAlap E 40, a combing preparation machine that delivers 800 kilograms per hour, consuming 30 percent less energy and 63 percent less compressed air than its predecessor. Another highlight is the NEO-BD precision winding machine, offering double the speed and improved package quality with exact control over yarn length, density, and weight.

Rieter will also display the J 70 air-jet spinning machine, designed to improve raw material utilization and efficiency through an innovative twist element. Novibra’s new eNASA spindle will be featured as well, cutting power consumption by 2–4 percent while supporting high-speed operations.

Additionally, Rieter will emphasize its innovations in recycled yarn production and launch its new Webshop, providing customers with a streamlined platform for ordering spare parts, upgrades, and retrofit solutions.
