Karl Mayer is set to make a strong impact at ITMA Asia + CITME 2025, unveiling a new generation of warp knitting machinery, particularly focused on innovations in the tricot segment. The exhibition will take place at the Singapore Expo from October 28 to 31, where Karl Mayer will be located in Hall 5, Booth A301 under the theme “WE WARP. WE KNIT. WE CARE.”
The spotlight will be on two new tricot machines. The first is a high-performance two-bar model engineered for elastic and stretch fabrics, offering increased efficiency and production speed. The second is a cost-optimized four-bar tricot machine designed to meet the needs of fashion manufacturers in price-sensitive markets, offering a balance between performance and affordability.
In addition to machinery, Karl Mayer will highlight its digital service solutions under the Care Solutions umbrella, including upgrades to its Customer Portal and Webshop aimed at enhancing the after-sales experience.
The company will also showcase technical textile innovations, including warp-knitted structures used in medical applications like artificial lung filters, and non-crimp fabrics designed for use in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
This edition of the show marks a new chapter for Karl Mayer’s warp knitting division under the leadership of Axel Wintermeyer, who was appointed president earlier in 2025. His presence is expected to reinforce the company’s commitment to technology leadership and customer-centric innovation.
Karl Mayer’s participation promises to be a key attraction for industry professionals seeking efficient, versatile, and forward-thinking textile machinery solutions.
