Keqiao District of Shaoxing issued the “Implementation Plan for Cultivating Benchmarking Enterprises in the Printing and Dyeing Industry.” Keqiao District has nearly one-third of the country’s printing and dyeing production capacity and more than half of the province’s printing and dyeing capacity. Although the production capacity is second to none in the country, it is still inferior to the domestic industry leaders. There is no domestic listed printing and dyeing company with domestic capital.
Keqiao District will implement “one enterprise, one policy” regarding land element protection, standardizing market order, encouraging mergers and reorganizations, and industrial fund support for the benchmark enterprises listed as the cultivation target, and implement dynamic management, and re-evaluate every two years.
