Cubotex displayed new patent pending dyeing machine

Cubotex has been presenting new machines in all ITMA exhibitions since 2015, also in Milan. This year, DyeFlex is showcased its new innovative yarn and fibre dyeing machine that combines two machines in one. Patent pending, it has the unique capability to receive material holders with different diameters, which allows it to perform up to 12 different loading configurations in yarn dyeing. Thus, keeping an almost constant liquor ratio. It also has reversible circulation.

Always keeping in view efficiency and utility savings, the new machine is intended to be the answer to customers’ requirement for more and more flexibility to follow market unpredictable demands, said the company.

With the use of fibre dyeing carriers, loading different sizes of cakes, customers will be able to use the same machine to process four different dyelot sizes. In tops dyeing, up to six loading configurations are possible.

The company said, with ITMA being the first ever showcasing of the machine, the response from customers in the first days of the exhibition “has been extremely positive with great interest”.

Like all the other Cubotex machines, Dyeflex systems will be provided with capability to be connected to Cubotex EMS (Energy Management System). This is a new cloud-based software, developed by Cubotex, able to collect and analyse utility consumption and efficiency of machines. The software will also perform a utility cost calculation for each dyeing cycle with possibility to filter data based on a specific article, specific customer or any other parameters.

In today’s fast-changing and challenging textile market, flexibility is one of the key factors of success in every company and it is one of the leading topics in all marketing strategies. Investing in DyeFlex technology, will definitely help customers to be more flexible and responsive to market demands.
