Whats New unveiled at ITMA for technical textiles
Knitting technology have been widely applied for
development of Technical textiles. Therefore huge
research have been conducted for manufacturing
of high Tec machinery. At ITMA 2019, held in
Barcelona, new version Steiger Vega 3.130
compact flat knitting machine was launched.
As Stieger is the largest flat knitting machine
manufacturer- now part of Cixing Group –
manufacturing in Vionnaz, Switzerland
and China.

Steiger Vega 3.130 is specially designed for
technical textiles that is equipped with warp and
weft insertion of high-performance yarns
according to the technical requirements of
customers for their textile based solutions. It has
a specific cam-box for semi-rigid yarns, as well
as adapted sinker kinetics.
