TEXtalks: Please tell us about the Facility of US & Dynamo Mills (production and Services)?
The two partners are well known for their excellent contributions to the textile sector. The joint venture has 2.5
million meters per month capacity of bottomwear non-denim fabrics, focusing on the world’s high end brands
to capture a new market with innovative textile products.
TEXtalks: What Made you choose CIBITEX and what makes CIBITEX machines different from others?
Ali Jan: There are well-known brands for their innovative technology regarding the sanforization process, as
shrinkage control is one of the crucial aspects of a fabric processing unit. However, when we compare CIBITEX
with other market competitors, CIBITEX machines offer extra benefits, including productivity and user friendly
controls. One of the primary reasons to choose CIBITEX was the company’s reputation in the market, especially
in denim sector. Therefore, we expected similarly remarkable results with non-denim fabrics, and it proved to be
the right choice for these fabrics. US & Dynamo’s end requirements are being professionally maintained
regarding fabric stabilization and we are happy with CIBITEX.

TEXtalks: Please tell us about the performance of the machine in terms of productivity and efficiency?
Ali Jan: CIBITEX machine has provided US & Dynamo the perfect match we were looking for. The production
speed is about 100 m/min, so we can produce about 90 thousand meters fabric per day. The performance of
the CIBITEX machine is exceptional concerning results reproducibility. Another plus point is rare maintenance
and downtimes because of double shrinking unit. In any production unit, low maintenance and downtime is of
considerable importance. Such ease of mind is available when CIBITEX is performing for you.

TEXtalks: Are you using a standard machine, or you have tailor-made as per your end requirements?
Ali Jan: The machine has been customized, with two shrinking units to meet our demands. The additional
shrinking unit helps in increasing the productivity and stabilization of shrinkage. With double shrinking unit, we
run heavy weight fabrics at good speed without compromising on shrinkage results. Secondly, an extra
shrinking unit provides you a back up and machine keeps on running even if there is a problem in one unit or
rubber belt. So, instead of buying 2 sanforizing machines where 2nd one is hardly used 20%, an extra shrinking
unit saves investment cost and provides flexibility of usage.

TEXtalks: How much do you rate after-sales services by the local team?
Ali Jan: We are overwhelmed with the friendly behavior, technical expertise and quick services regarding the
after-sales service of both Cibitex and TEXSOL team (local representative for CIBITEX). TEXSOL is a bunch of
capable and professional personnels. Therefore, there is hardly any need of a foreign technician to come to
Pakistan for installation and troubleshooting the machine. The local team is well equipped to manage the
machine installation and any problems that arose during installation. The team always responds to a single
call/request, and is there to help anytime if a problem occurs.
