Nazer & Co., one of Pakistan's oldest representatives
of textile machinery, celebrated its 70th Anniversary
on 3rd December 2022 at the Nazer & Co. stand
during IGATEX 2022 exhibition in Lahore. Nazer &
Co. was established in 1952 by Nazer Mooraj with
some of Germany's leading textile machinery
manufacturers. Over the years, Nazar & Co.
continued to grow, partnering with companies that
offer leading-edge technology and are at the forefront
of development. To this day, Nazer & Co. has
maintained it's philosophy of offering its customers
the best in terms of machinery and service. On this
occasion, their long-term partners: Osthoff-Senge
with a history of 110 years, Optibelt with 150 years of
experience, Karl Mayer turned 85, and BRÜCKNER Germany' singeing machines are popular in Pakistan

years. I joined Nazar & Co in 1960 and completed 62
years of service. Back in 1953, Nazer was contacted
by the Combitex Group, a collective of eleven
German textile machinery manufacturers, for
representation in Pakistan, and the journey of
representing European textile machinery started. I
have seen many ups and downs in the industry; we Abdul Aleem of Optibelt said, "At IGATEX, we are
