Her Excellency, Androulla Kaminara, The European Union Ambassador to Pakistan, said, "Currently,
there is no decision to withdraw Pakistan's GSP+ status. However, there will be enhanced scrutiny
regarding what is happening in Pakistan as five new agendas have been added to be fulfilled to
acquire the revised GSP+ status. The current report was a colored one showing significant
improvement in various sectors while some deteriorations in a few areas. Therefore, the next report is
very crucial for Pakistan. A significant improvement is required which is only possible by joint work of Happenings
Government and Textile Sector."
