Established in 1997 with the aim of selling the best in Textile Solutions to the Textile Industry in Pakistan, the CEO of Marhaba Trading Company, Mr. Arif Muneer shared his views with the TEXtalks. Mr. Muneer said that Marhaba is providing the JS 536 machines to the entire textile industry in Pakistan since last 40 years. 90% of the textile market of Pakistan is the customer of Marhaba Trading Company and is using the machine. Bought from Taiwan these machines are currently used by all the leading textile brands in Pakistan including Nishat, Sapphire, and almost all denim manufacturers. ACME is another machine displayed at the GTex global Expo in Lahore. The machine is supplied to the textile market, by the Marhaba Trading Company. Most customers are the one, which is dealing with the dyeing of fabric. This machine offers the users with the minimum water consumption.
Perfect for the idea of sustainability, the machine has water consumption of about 1:2.5. With lowest water consumption the machines are perfect or cotton and polyester fabric. JS 536 was another machine presented in the GTex Global Expo. The machines deal with the tensionless fabric inspection and winding and are said to be perfect for inspection of rolling for elastic fabric. The machines offer a roller with the width of 72”, 80” and 90” and other special sizes. The motor used in the machines is specified as INV 2HPx4P with the speed of inspection at about 10~85 yards/min.
The machines with such specifications and working capacities are said to be efficient enough for increased production in the textile industry.
