This exhibition will be remembered as the first fair where the Savio Group officially presented itself as part of the Vandewiele Group. Due to the pandemic, the fair had fewer visitors than in previous editions, especially from abroad.
Those who visited the Mesdan stand were anyway optimistic for the coming market trend of the next months. They were all competent and interested in both the production divisions, and discussed with our local staff various ongoing and future projects.
Latest developments, subjects of most of the discussions during the visits at the stand, are: MOISTAIRÃ’ splicers in both the automatic (for the Savio winders) and hand-operated (for the other manual machines, like twisters, creels, etc.) versions; and CONTESTÃ’ the new cotton fibre testing line. CONTEST-S for the cotton stickiness analysis and CONTEST-F for the complete high volume testing of the cotton fibre properties.
