TECNORAMA develops and manufactures systems for the laboratory which pinpoint the exact recipe requested by the bulk dyeing machines to avoid correcting and re-dyeing during the production phase. The Tecnorama machines will be displayed in Hall 11 – Stand B102 at ITMA 2023.
DYRAMA
The main feature of these dyeing machines is the bath circulation obtained by a reversible pump. This allows an excellent reproducibility of the dyeing processes obtained on the bulk machines, especially for the yarn dyeing.
SHAKERAMA
A system for dyeing laboratory samples, designed and produced to complete the range of automatic dyeing machines forming part of the DOS&DYE® COMPACT system. Shakerama is particularly suitable for dyeing knits and fabric made of all fibers type: natural, artificial and synthetic.
ROTODYRAMA
It repeats, in laboratory, the dyeing system used in bulk machines for delicate fabrics avoiding wrinkles. Compared to the traditional rotating basket machines it allows us to carry out all phases of the dyeing processes in a fully automatic way.
