At the show weft straightening technology such as Orthopac RVMC-15, energy saving concepts like the process control for stenters Optipac VMC and Qualiscan QMS quality control system will be presented.
Orthopac RVMC-15 is a combination of weft straightener and process control system functionality in a single compact device. It ensures straight thread product before as well as after the fixing or drying processes and further optimizes all the processes around the stenter. Dwell time, residual moisture, thread density, exhaust air humidity and basis weight process parameters are measured and controlled by the Optipac VMC15.
