The guideline is the reduction of the amount of steam necessary for equal qualitative results in the steaming process of printed fabrics. This decrease will correspond at the same time to lower thermal energy consumption and lower emissions of steam into the atmosphere.
The fact all innovations that involve whatever saving must guarantee an equal or even better color yields on all fabrics, with any class of dyestuff, is a “must” for Salvadè® means yield, evenness of the result, repeatability, and fastness, with much less steam and power, therefore with much higher saving and sustainability.
Salvade® guarantees a steam saving of up to 40%! Considering that to generate 1000 kg of steam, you need about 76 m3 of gas; It is simple for any customer to calculate the all-important reduction in ROI times for a plant equipped with the extraordinary technology of the system.As a consistent update of the already advanced standard VPM model, this process supervises the combined work of the ISS package of sensors on the steam at the machine entrance, the electronic control of the flow of the exhausted steam, of the brand new CSFS nebulization system in the chamber, and the HyperWet®, evolution of the historical and always very valid SuperWet®.
As the amount of steam you decide to introduce into the chamber varies, the machine automatically adjusts the correct amount of steam to be extracted to avoid leaks from the machine inlet and outlet and, therefore, prevent drips.
Salvade® is completely automatic and does not require any adjustment by the operator. Chamber Temperature and Humidity Control: HyperWet®: SuperWet® system evolution. The SuperWet® system, i.e. the controlled introduction of air into the steaming chamber, patented in 2006, immediately had a decisive and highly successful impact. This system guarantees excellent color brilliance in fabric and constant performance. HyperWet® maintains the operating philosophy of its progenitor intact, but thanks to an increase in the potential of as much as 50%, it allows even more accurate temperature control in the chamber with great advantages, especially for fabrics and dyes that require more humidity.
