Brother, one of the market leaders in the direct to garment business, have not been idle in any way and are ensuring that this trend continues with the new developments. Brother Myze was developed in-house exclusively for the direct to garment sector by Brother “Digital Solutions” department, which was newly founded last year. In cooperation with some of the mayor manufacturers from a wide range of different business sectors, Brother not just created a software solution but a whole package of individual applications that cover all areas and needs of the digital print production.
Brother Myze includes the Myze Creator, a high-end retail kiosk solution that takes care of the entire process from front end to back end, from the customer’s choice of design to the finished shirt without any additional software. The Creator is a versatile way to enhance the shopping experience and to create from a touch terminal, which can be customized, in your shop the designs your customers want in a very easy way.
For large producers, Brother Myze includes the Myze Fulfillment module – this all-in-one solution takes the job through their entire production – from the ordering to shipping the finished product. Easily transform the production to make it much more productive with a minimum effort.
With the Analytics tool the performance of printer can be easily monitored. Which jobs are currently being processed, how many prints were made in a certain period of time, what is the utilization of the machine and its condition – with Myze Analytics you have an overview of everything important.
Brother GTX600
Brother introduced a new printer, the GTX600. This new GTX series member is especially designed for mass production on an industrial level, equipped with a built-in humidifier that helps controlling the environment in the machine, 4 industrial print heads with internal cooling fans for longer continuous print operation and a possible print size up to 61 x 61cm. With this new model, the GTX series is expanded by a third model to meet all the different production requirements – from unique, individual, personalized pieces made with the GTXpro via high volume output with the GTXpro BULK to mass production.
Now that direct printing on leather and polyester has become established with GTX series printers, they have decided to add the option of DTF printing.
