Candiani and Interloop to feature in ITMA innovation recap

Panelists from Italian denim mill Candiani, Pakistan-based manufacturer Interloop, and Swedish retailer Ikea be the guests of the Sourcing platform ITMAconnect as part of a “buyer perspective”. It will be a recap following the conclusion of the textile machinery fair ITMA in mid-June.

The innovation-focused discussion will feature speakers such as Candiani’s global marketing director, Simon Giuliani; Interloop’s deputy manager for yarns, research, and innovation, Talha Salman; and material and innovation developer, Mukesh Sharma. The discussion is part of groundbreaking innovations from buyers’ perspectives.

Candiani is famous for its denim products established in 1938 it has enhanced its reputation as a producer of quality denim fabrics made through sustainable processes.

Interloop is known for its vertically integrated production process, which includes spinning, dyeing, knitting, and finishing. This vertical integration allows them to maintain control over the entire manufacturing process. Founded in 1992, Interloop has grown to become one of the world’s largest manufacturers of hosiery and socks.

While Candiani and Interloop operate in different segments of the textile industry, they both emphasize quality and sustainability in their respective areas of expertise. Candiani is renowned for its premium denim fabrics, while Interloop has made a name for itself in the hosiery and sock manufacturing sector. Both companies have contributed to the global textile and fashion industries and continue to innovate in their respective fields.
