China’s Yarn Expo Autumn 2023 to kick-off from Aug 28

Exhibitors at the Yarn Expo Autumn 2023 exhibition will show various varieties of yarns at the National Convention and Exhibition Center in Shanghai, China from August 28-20, 2023.

Spread over 27,000 sq. meters of floor space and featuring more than 500 individual booths, cotton yarn exhibitors will constitute around 20 percent of the total exhibitors.

Exhibitors in the cotton yarn zone will showcase high-quality cotton yarn, including carded, combed, open-end, and blended yarn, with yarn counts ranging from 16 to 45.

In addition to cotton yarn, major zones include chemical fiber yarn, fancy yarn, linen & ramie yarn, wool yarn, and cashmere yarn, allowing visitors to conveniently meet relevant exhibitors.

High-profile exhibitors include Jolly Spinners Private Limited from India, PT. Indo-Rama Synthetics from India, Texvista International Pte Ltd from Singapore, and Vietnam National Textile and Garment Group (Vinatex) from Vietnam.

“The Asia-Pacific region remains a dominant power in the global yarn and fiber market, yet the emphasis on eco-friendly, functional, high-quality, and fashionable products has increased,” Messe Frankfurt, the organiser of the exhibition said.

“This is reflected across the fairground’s diverse range of product and exhibitor categories, where buyers from both China and further afield will congregate for the sourcing season,” the organizer added.

“We have attended Yarn Expo since 2005. With offices in more than 15 countries, we are looking at expanding our business internationally and in China, and these fairs offer a good springboard,” Sandeep Goel, President of, the Textile Division at Texvista International said.
