 The in-depth Mill Mastery  course is designed to take spinning skills to the next level. It’s led by the COTTON USA
 ®
 SOLUTIONS® Technical Team, with a combined experience of over 250 years. Topics included bale management,
 cotton fiber quality-including length, strength, micronaire, and an introduction to a definitive new measurement service
 from CCI: the COTTON USA Mill Performance Index™. This patent-pending tool measures mill productivity across five
 key cost drivers to see how every mill compares against the competition. The COTTON USA Mill Performance Index™"
 is available on an invitation-only basis to spinning mills that are U.S. Cotton Trust Protocol  members and use at least
 ®
 10.000 bales of U.S. Cotton (Upland or Supima).
 Cotton USA organized Mill Mastery  Courses in Multan, Lahore, and Karachi. These events were power packed with
 ®
 great presentations, quizzes, and seminars that were attended by key decision-makers from the textile industry.
 William R. Bettendorf and Mazhar Mirza gave a welcome address to the participants and Dr. Muhammad Tausif,
 Technical Consultant, Cotton Council International gave detailed presentations on bale management. Alain Mathieu
 also gave a presentation on Mill Performance Index. Detailed surveys were taken on the Mill Mastery Course to assess
 the feedback of the customers. Multiple choice question quizzes were taken from the participants to evaluate their
 knowledge and understanding of the Mill Mastery Course taught through technical presentations. The Attendees were
 also given Mill Mastery Course certificates.
 Over the last years, CCI has deployed and recruited a fully functional Technical Team, servicing and supporting
 spinning. It focuses on adding value to U.S. Cotton fiber, yarns, and fabrics. As Dr. Tausif presented Executive Mill
 Mastery Courses for Emerging Leaders will also take place globally in 2023. Along with this, the team is offering Mill
 Performance IndexTM. U.S. Cotton offers its customers five services: Mill Studies, Technical Seminars, Mill Exchange
 Program, 1:1 Mill Consults, and Mill Mastery  Course.
