Levi Strauss & Co. has announced the appointment of Chris Callieri as its new Senior Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer, effective September 15, 2025. Reporting directly to President and CEO Michelle Gass, Callieri will become part of the company’s executive leadership team and oversee the global supply chain operations for the Levi’s® brand, including product development, sourcing, supply management, sustainability, and logistics.
Michelle Gass highlighted Callieri’s strong track record at a critical time as Levi’s transitions into a direct-to-consumer (DTC)–first denim lifestyle company. She expressed confidence that his experience in scaling operations, fostering innovation, and advancing sustainability will strengthen the company’s end-to-end supply chain agility and deliver exceptional value to customers worldwide.
Callieri brings over 20 years of international supply chain leadership experience from the retail and consumer goods industry. Prior to joining Levi’s, he served as Chief Supply Chain Officer at Victoria’s Secret & Co., where he managed global operations across multiple categories. His career also includes transformative supply chain roles at Tory Burch, where he implemented critical systems like PLM and merchandise planning and spearheaded the brand’s sustainability strategy. He has also held senior positions at Adidas, overseeing materials development, product development, and logistics for Adidas Lifestyle Brands, as well as strategy roles at HRC Advisory and A.T. Kearney.
Expressing his enthusiasm, Callieri stated he was thrilled to join Levi’s during this exciting period and looked forward to helping strengthen Levi’s position as the world’s definitive denim lifestyle brand while serving fans around the globe.
