Mogul was the first Turkish company to produce spunlace, meltblown, and SMS nonwovens. 6 m wide Reicofil machine. As one of the key players in the meltblown market, Mogul started three new meltblown lines since the pandemic’s start. Each is mainly designed to produce high-efficiency masks and filter media.
As a major player in wipes and filtration media, Mogul also supplies its range of meltblown and multilayer fabrics (MMM, SMS, SMM, etc.) to medical, automotive (insulation), building applications as well as high-efficiency masks. The 1.6 m wide Reicofil meltblown system is equipped with technology for electrostatic charging and supplies high-quality filter material that ensures a high degree of separation, low-pressure loss, and a high storage capacity. The plant brings an additional annual capacity of 550 tons for N95 material or 365 tons for N99 material to the market.
Besides PP, the new line can run PBT,TPU, and PLA polymers.
