“Importance of Textile Raw Materials and Future Trends”, the main theme was to increase awareness among the top decision makers of the current as well as emerging challenges of the cost of doing business in terms of input costs. With cotton being 70pc of the cost of doing business, the panelists discussed the plan of action and strategies to control this cost.
Furthermore, the panelists also discussed proposed actions and their implementation to double Pakistan’s cotton production, achieve the set targets and the future of sustainable cotton.
