UCC 752-TRE3, innovative portfolio
Terrot’s most recent developments include UCC 572-TRE3 the new transfer relief model designed for the knitted footwear market. The technology meets the market requirements of producing advanced shoe uppers which provide high productivity and offer maximum flexibility and creativity. The large potential of this product comes from its stitch forming edges which are able to produce hole or perforated patterns in combination with continuous designed areas. The model is 50% more productive as compared to other machines since it has 2.4 feeds per inch. The 3-way technology in cylinder cam and 2-way technology in dial cam ensure unlimited multi-colored pattern designs.
This model is perfect for designing athletic and innovative shoe wear due to its specific knitwear technology. The knitted hole pattern structure gives a lightweight feeling and special design shaped to support active fit.
Conversion kit
This model can easily be converted into UCC 572-ME3. This model produces double jacquard mattress ticking.
Another conversion kit allows production of spacer structures. Both machine models offer unlimited knitted structures and fashion designs.
