Truetzschler textile machinery has proven to be a hit at GamaRecycle in providing better quality and manufacturing processes. The company produces about 100 tonnes of yarn and about 50 tonnes of polyester fiber every day.
The yarns produced at the company’s three spinning mills range from upholstery, household textiles, and socks to cleaning cloths and packaging. This range also includes special yarns with flame-retardant or antibacterial finishes and heavy metal-free bleached yarns for the food industry. According to a Truetzschler press release, all three factories are equipped with Truetzschler machines, including cards of various generations with automatic bale opener Blendomat and integrated draw frame (IDF2), contributing to particularly high-quality yarns.
