The machines are built with very high-quality standards and all-important aspects have been duly taken care of, such as energy consumption, productivity, quality of processed fabrics, ease of service, and operations.
As standard features, the machines are delivered already foreseen for “Industry 4.0” including Open Platform Communications OPC and OPC UA Unified Architecture, and a cloud-based remote assistance system “Ubiquity” by ASEM.
The stenters are available both with horizontal and vertical return chains, and some of the appreciated features of the machines are in particular:

A short glimpse into the company’s history
On 22 December 2017, Unitech transferred its business unit operating at the industrial level in the textile machinery sector to the new company Unitech Industries Srl. Before that, the industrial activity was carried out by Unitech Textile Machinery S.p.A. which was formed in 2001 by the merging between two well-known Italian companies:
Comet S.p.A., located in Prato (PO), specializes in textile surface finishing machines, active worldwide since 1955; SANTALUCIA Officine Meccaniche Piattelli S.r.L., located in Uzzano (PT), has specialized in drying and heat-setting machines for textile finishing and has been active worldwide since 1960.
