Circ, a pioneering company in textile-to-textile recycling, has secured million in funding, led by Taranis through its Carbon Ventures fund.
The investment also sees continued support from Inditex and Avery Dennison. This funding aims to accelerate Circ’s recycling technology, including the development of its first industrial plant.
Circ stands out as the only company capable of recycling polycotton blends, recovering both fractions for textile use. The company’s collaborations with major fashion brands like Zara and Mara Hoffman have showcased its innovative approach to tackling textile waste.
With Taranis bringing industrial expertise and support for large-scale operations, Circ is set to scale its technology and help drive the fashion industry towards a more sustainable, circular economy.
