What if our sleepwear clothes could help us in sleeping better?
. Yes, it’s real now. Say hello to the new smart textile fabrics, Zzzleepwear, that can improve the quality of sleep.
Mey, an Underwear and loungewear specialist, has launched a new collection for both men and women to help in better sleep. The company claims that people who sleep well recharge their batteries and start the next day full of energy. However, many people suffer from sleep problems that can have a long-term negative impact on health and well-being, the company adds. Mey’s Zzzleepwear was built to address that.
How does it work?
These smart fabrics utilize “energear technology” from Schoeller, which reflects the body’s energy and is emitted in the form of far-infrared rays. The textile finish is a titanium-mineral matrix, which reflects far-infrared rays to the body. This effect can have a positive impact on the body and its energy balance. The company says it is transferring this function to textiles, and Mey uses the finish for the first time in nightwear.
The company has used cotton for softness and comfort and Coolmax® for air-conditioning and breathability effect.
Furthermore, a Spotify code is printed on every item in the series. By scanning this code, customers can listen to a sleep podcast created especially for the selected pair of pajamas.
