GTTES second edition (Global textile technology and engineering show) will be held in January 2019 at Bombay exhibition center, Mumbai.
India ITME plans to capitalize on the opportunity that GTTES platform will offer to the textile industry.
Mr Hari Shanker, Chairmam India ITME society informed that all export promotion councils have endorsed this event to to be able to meet with the domestric requirement with the Make in India Initiative to facilitate and encourage the textile and textile engineering sector.
So far, over 450 exhibitors have registered for the event so far.
Global participants include, Australia, Argentina, Austria, Bangladesh, Belgium, China, Canada, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, Indonesia, Iran, Japan, Korea, Pakistan, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Turkey and Sweden.
Ms Seema Srivatsava, executive director India ITME society highlighted the opportunities such exhibition platforms provide to the industrial stakeholders, “India is the world’s second largest textile market and the biggest market for textile machinery as well. GTTES 2019 would therefore help translate the demand to supply.”
