TEXtalks International successfully hosted the 8th Inspiring Change Conference (ICC) 2025 on October 3 at Pearl Continental Hotel, Lahore. With the theme “Innovative Solutions. Impactful Trends. One Future,” the event brought together over 200 industry leaders, researchers, global brands, and sustainability advocates to explore pathways for a more responsible and competitive textile future.

Focused on Collaboration, Competitiveness, and Value Creation, ICC 2025 featured high-level keynote presentations, engaging panel discussions, and interactive knowledge sessions. The conference moved beyond fashion showcases to create a platform for dialogue and actionable strategies.

Keynote speakers addressed topics ranging from global trade trends and cutting-edge textile finishing technologies to sustainable cotton practices and fiber innovation. Presenters included experts from Cotton Council International, WWF Pakistan, ITMF, and WEKO GmbH.

Three impactful panel discussions tackled the future of textile fibers, innovation in production, and the industry’s response to global economic shifts. Panelists included industry leaders from ICAC, BananaTex, CEMATEX, PRGMEA, Nishat Mills, and others. Discussions emphasized sustainable sourcing, digital transformation, and regional trade cooperation.

A highlight was the Mentimeter-powered quiz sessions, which brought real-time engagement and learning to participants in an interactive format led by Dr. Tanveer Hussain.

ICC 2025 reinforced its role as a catalyst for industry change, bridging the gap between policy, innovation, and on-ground implementation. The event concluded with a shared commitment to drive progress through collective action, proving once again that the textile sector’s future depends on sustainable, smart, and inclusive solutions.
