In this green initiative, an Italian Fashion company, Replay, has launched new denim labeled “Double Green.” Replay stated that the new material has reinforced its focus on suitability and has met the most stringent internationally-recognized eco-friendly standards.
Replay has joined hands with ISKO for launching this product in the market. ISKO is the world’s largest manufacturer of denim.
ISKO produces over 250 million meters of fabric a year for customers in more than 60 countries. Replay stated that the goal was to create a unique product to further advance into the sustainability cycle that would reconfirm Replay and ISKO as innovators in the sector.
The collection launched by Replay consists of both skinny and straight cut jeans for men and women. The new material is estimated to rattle at £150 (US$196) per pair. The raw material comes from waste, cotton, and polyester.
Therefore, the revolutionary product has authorized the brand to tag it under the ‘double green’ claim.
