At the 2025 Global Dealer Meeting in Como, MS Printing Solutions and JK Group—both part of Dover Corporation—launched their bold new strategy alongside five cutting-edge MP series printers, signaling a major evolution in industrial inkjet printing.
These next-gen MP models—MP3000, MP3100, MP4000, MP4100, and MP5000—offer exceptional improvements in speed, durability, and flexibility. They’re built with 20% fewer parts, streamlining maintenance and spare parts inventory. Notably, the new Kyocera Katana print heads deliver up to 30% higher speeds and enhanced cleaning via silicone sealing, while revamped electronics using EtherCAT greatly improve productivity.
Running at impressive speeds—up to 630 m²/h (≈400 m/h) for the MP4000, and 585 m²/h (≈390 m/h) for the MP5000—these printers cover diverse needs from sportswear to décor and direct-fabric printing.
On the ink side, JK’s advanced formulations—including Digistar Pigment and reactive dyes in eco-certified formats—continue to elevate performance. These inks boast outstanding color rendering and wash durability, even without pre/post treatments.Beyond hardware and inks, MS & JK are revamping their customer experience. Federica Maggi has unified service and logistics across the brands, improving product availability, delivery speeds, quality, and reducing complaints.
The MP series will roll out starting in Q3 2025, with the first deliveries expected by Q4, and are already live at the Como Center of Excellence for demonstrations.
