Pahartali Textile Mills in Bangladesh has achieved a new benchmark in spinning efficiency, running the Trützschler TC 30i carding machine at a record 130 kg/h while maintaining exceptional sliver quality for Ne 30 yarn. The accomplishment highlights how automation and precision engineering are redefining productivity in Bangladesh’s textile sector.
With a daily output of 65 tonnes, Pahartali now supplies premium yarns for global knitwear brands. The TC 30i has boosted production by 20%, driven by technologies such as T-GO optimization, active flats, extended carding length, WASTECONTROL, and an upgraded suction system. Together, these innovations deliver both higher yield and consistent quality—longstanding trade-offs in the spinning industry.
Partnering with Trützschler, a leading German machinery manufacturer, Pahartali demonstrates how digitalized machinery and process optimization can lift the region’s competitiveness. By processing U.S. cotton into ring, compact, and vortex blend yarns (Ne 24–36), the mill exemplifies Bangladesh’s transition toward high-efficiency and high-value spinning.
As rising energy and cost pressures reshape South Asia’s textile landscape, Pahartali’s success offers a glimpse of the sector’s future—where smart automation and precision performance define sustainable growth.
