Temsan’s automation system AirCON has been developed with this aim according to the needs of modern textile mills.
Nowadays, the importance of an air conditioning and filter system to increase production efficiency and operating comfort of textile mills has been realized by authorities. Because, thanks to digitalization and automation, all data like energy, pressure, and CO2, etc. became visible, interpretable, and controllable instantly and also can be saved for a long time as statistics.
2300th A/C Unit / 1500th Filter
In the last 3 years, Temsan received 52 project orders in Pakistan. This makes more than 220 A/C units and 98 filter units. Temsan will be completing its 2300th A/C units and 1500th filter units with these orders since its establishment. In 2021, these numbers are increasing rapidly. In addition to this success of Temsan Air Engineering, a new division is taking place in the name of Temsan Industrial Machinery since 2021!
Temsan R&D Center
The most energy-consuming parts in an air conditioning and filtration system are the fans. For that reason, Temsan had great developments in axial fan design with its R&D department. Every week hundreds of tests are made in an international standard fan tunnel in the R&D test center. Additionally, a test plant that has double layers were built by Temsan. Different country weather conditions are formed in the outer layer and the inner layer air is conditioned by considering it as inside of the mill. That’s how different designs the budget allocated for R&D of Temsan has exceeded 1 million $ in the last 3 years.
Within this important ability of our Fan Testing system, Temsan achieved huge improvements on energy-saving fans for Textile Industry.
From 2021 Temsan selects the fans according to project basis, which has additional energy saving from 5% to 40% range than the conventional fan systems.

The AirCON automation system that Temsan has been developing since 1996 is getting a new update version 4.0. With this new Update now the Temsan Aircon 4.0 has new features.
