Showcasing Innovation at ITMA
At ITMA, Transfar showcased its visionary approach with two pioneering innovations: Comprehensive Dyeing and Finishing Solutions for Nylon Fabrics and TRANSFAR® Low-Carbon & Energy-Saving Process Technology. These breakthroughs not only elevate fabric performance—delivering exceptional softness, bulkiness, and color fastness—but also champion sustainability by dramatically cutting energy and water usage. By combining advanced processes, intelligent controls, and eco-friendly chemicals, Transfar offers textile manufacturers fully optimized solutions from design to finishing, achieving high-quality results while reducing environmental impact and production costs. Remarkably, according to calculations from partner dyeing mills, the TRANSFAR® Low-Carbon & Energy-Saving Process Technology can save up to 67% of water, 72% of steam, and 40% of electricity annually (data source: calculated based on partner dyeing mills’ production practice). Beyond efficiency, these innovations enable flexible production, shorter lead times, and adaptability across multiple fiber types and applications. With such advancements, Transfar continues to lead the global textile industry toward a greener, smarter, and more sustainable future.
