Santoni developed the INNOTAS, a single jersey knitting machine that has been designed to managelint. Thanks to a patented self-cleaning system, the accumulation of fibres, fluff, and lint, are eliminated from the knitting head. The machine doesn’t require scheduled maintenance, thus saving time and avoiding the complications that can arise from such operations.
SPOTLESS NX32 is a high-quality, easily scourable, self-emulsifiable mineral-based needle lubricant. Based on high-quality, highly refined mineral oil incorporating an anti-oxidation additive system, the lubricant has excellent stability, resisting oxidation and breakdown of the oil even at prolonged high operating temperatures leaving an excellent lubrication film.
SPOTLESS NX has been formulated to be compatible with rubber seals, plastic, and electronic components that are present in modern knitting machinery.

As a result of reduced oil consumption, the INNOTAS achieves energy savings of 15% compared to a standard machine where the increase in power consumption is directly related to the quantity of lint accumulated.
