Pakistan’s denim supplier Soorty after studying the potential of designing for circularity through collaboration came up with the creation of eight responsible denim pieces that it exhibited at its New York showroom during the January Kingpins show.
The pieces were developed in collaboration with Developed with, Lenzing, Marmara Hemp, the Lycra Company, and Jeanologia, meant to create awareness of the importance of making high-quality clothing that has environmental and social impacts on fashion production and consumption.
Soorty is a leading denim producer in Pakistan that is vertically integrated and meant exclusively to produce quality jeans from fiber to finish.
