The Camozzi Group has completed the acquisition of Innse Cilindri Srl industrial complex, a company of the ILVA Group based in Brescia, under special administration since 2015.
The final conditions of sale were consistent with the industrial and employment plan proposed by the Group during the offer phase.
This acquisition lays the foundations for the creation of a new and unique homogeneous industrial site in Brescia, created from the merge of Innse-Berardi (a Camozzi Group company) and Innse Cilindri contiguous areas, where high-tech mechanical manufacturing activities will be developed and oriented towards European Green Deal, in line with the Group’s strategies.
The new industrial plan intends to enhance the industrial vocation of the site according to the new and essential paradigms of an innovative, digital and sustainable industry, with an expected investment of 10 million euros.
The employment plan also provides solutions for all 84 workers of Innse Cilindri, solutions that have been shared and agreed with the trade unions, in line with the industrial strategy of the Group.
