Another success for Trützschler Group at ITMA ASIA 2023

Trützschler Group introduced the latest machines and technologies including Spinning, Card Clothing, Nonwovens and Man-Made Fibers.

Trützschler Spinning and Trützschler Card Clothing
At ITMA Asia, Trützschler Group highlighted the TC 15 card, which has already proven very successful in the Chinese market, as well as a new global flagship in carding, the intelligent card TC 30i. The third generation of Integrated Draw Frame, the IDF3, and the world’s first 12-head comber, the TCO 21XL were also stars of the show. These innovations addressed key customer needs in fiber processing: higher efficiency, lower energy consumption, and intelligent automation – while also demonstrating the potential of digital technologies for spinning mills.

Trützschler Card Clothing (TCC) presented a wide range of technologies from its clothing portfolio, covering the complete spectrum of applications in the spinning and nonwoven markets. TCC has also focused on recycling applications and showcased its contribution to sustainability in the textile industry. All features and functions were complemented by “My Wires”, the digital wire performance solution integrated into the Trützschler digital platform My Trützschler.

Trützschler Nonwovens and Trützschler Man-Made Fibers
Trützschler Nonwovens presented solutions for new and environmentally friendly wipe materials, made from pulp and other fibers from renewable resources. They invited interested parties to discuss the proven Wet-Laid/Spunlace (WLS) technology and successful Carded/Pulp (CP) solutions. Another topic was T-SUPREMA, their needle-punching solution.

Trützschler Man-Made Fibers demonstrated the power of OPTIMA, a flexible platform for all types of Bulk Continuous Filament (BCF) and Industrial Yarn (IDY). The new MO60, a BCF configuration for mono-color with 6 yarn ends, and many more innovations were on display. In addition, their digital solution MY OPTIMEYE enabled their customers to enter Industry 4.0 in production – for more transparency, insight, and control.
