Color Service, established in 1987 and
headquartered in Dueville (VI), is a worldwide leader in automatic dosing
systems. Color Service Srl achieved a significant sales increase in 2021 and a
record orders acquisition in 2022. This 2022 has started with high expectations
and by setting ambitious goals. It is a perfect scenario for a company to
celebrate its 35th anniversary with a commitment to developing continuous
innovations and technology, always a step ahead of its competitors.
Despite the fact, the company faced the repercussions of the Covid outbreak in
2020. In 2021 pre-Covid order volumes
and production have returned, with an increase of 40% of order intake in 2022,
compared to the previous year.
Production has rebounded to pre-Covid levels, while foreign demand has been
robust in most markets. On the other side thanks to Industry 4.0, Italian
customers have invested in technological and digital transformation, resulting
in an intensification of the local demand.
Moreover, a transition in global textile production from east to west has increased orders from manufacturers in Turkey, Portugal, and Italy.
After the expansion in 2019 with the third building of 4,000 sqm production area, now Color Service has invested in its fourth production plant in Dueville with a total surface area of 4,500 sqm to meet increased demand with an expected start of production by the end of 2022. This new expansion will enable them to achieve higher production and turnover.
During the pandemic period, R&D activities played a vital role in the revolution of machines. Indeed, most innovations were designed based on environmental sustainability and industry 4.0 regulations.
Color Service machines offer a significant
increase in productivity and quality of products. It also guarantees
improvement in working conditions and energy saving.
Environment sustainability is a deeply-felt issue in this sector, often dealing
with volatile and dusty material. Color Service can guarantee a completely
closed and aspirated system with absolute control of the dust emitted during
the weighing and the suction of the product that is recovered and reintroduced
into the production cycle with obvious ecological and economic benefits.
During this period of travel limitations and restrictions, the focus is to shorten the commissioning time by enhancing the remote connection service.
