General Silicones Co. Ltd. (GS), based in Hsinchu City, Taiwan, has announced Compo-SiL®. The newly developed silicone-based sheets with a thin modified layer made of Polyurethane (PU). The PU modified layer is easy to apply using a diverse selection of adhesives, allowing the quick and easy integration of Compo-SiL® to existing mass production processes.
Silicone is also used in the energy industry (such as manufacturing solar panels), the textiles, and the technology industries. Compo-SiL® can be used in any of these fields in many diverse methods, making it a very versatile and efficient product.
