Inspiring Change Conference (ICC) and TEXmeets 2023 finally concluded yesterday successfully with an overwhelming response from the textile industry. From knowledgeable presentations to thought-provoking and all-aspect-focusing panel discussions, no topic was left undiscussed at the power-packed event.
The participants and attendees were able to gather wisdom, sustainable solutions, and most importantly hope. The hope is to move forward despite all odds. Even though the textile industry has been amidst a crunch lately, ICC was able to gather all the global key textile professionals and stakeholders under one roof to discuss solutions for the challenges faced by the industry.
The presentations and panels focused on diverse topics, including circularity, sustainability, artificial intelligence, global cotton trade, futuristic trade approaches, traceability, trends in the global garment industry, and ideas for the next generation of the textile industry.
Kristin K. Hawkins, US Consul General of Pakistan graced the event with her presence to show her support towards Pakistan’s textile industry and encouraged and appreciated the efforts of TEXtalks International for putting up a great event with such a vast audience.
Entities like Cotton USA, Cotton Incorporated, Oritain, GIZ Pakistan, and Lucky Core Industries showed immense support to ICC 2023 and presented their opinions and core ideas in presentations and panel discussions.
Visitors had extremely positive reviews and expressed that ICC 2023 and TEXmeets 2023 were a one-for-all platform and contributed greatly towards the progress of the textile industry of Pakistan. As the event wrapped up with a successful hit, the organizers promised to return bigger and better for the coming year 2024.
